AT TABLE 21: PERMITTED, CONDITIONAL, AND PROHIBITED USE CHART BY PERMITTING “LABORATORY, DENTAL OR MEDICAL” AS A MINOR CONDITIONAL USE IN THE GENERAL COMMERCIAL (CG-1) ZONING DISTRICT, ADDING NEW NOTE (47.2) TO BOTH THE “LABORATORY, DENTAL OR MEDICAL” USE AND THE “OFFICE, PROFESSIONAL AND BUSINESS” USE, AND MODIFYING SUBSECTION (j) TO ADD NEW NOTE (47.2); PROVIDING THAT EACH AND EVERY OTHER SECTION AND SUBSECTION OF CHAPTER 78. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA, APPROVING A SITE PLAN FOR A 20,751-SQUARE-FOOT CLUBHOUSE FACILITY AND ASSOCIATED RECREATIONAL AMENITIES ON A 5.99-ACRE SITE FOR THE REGENCY AT AVENIR RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY (POD 5), LOCATED 4,000 FEET NORTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF AVENIR DRIVE AND NORTHLAKE BOULEVARD WITHIN THE AVENIR PLANNED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT (PCD), GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF NORTHLAKE BOULEVARD, EAST OF GRAPEVIEW BOULEVARD, WEST OF BAY HILL DRIVE, AND SOUTH OF BEELINE HIGHWAY, AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
