I WAS HERE LAST MONTH AND I GAVE YOU GUYS A LITTLE BIT OF OF AN UPDATE OF WHAT WE WERE DOING.

AND I'D LIKE TO FOLLOW UP ON THAT.

FIRST, I WANT TO START OFF WITH OUR RECREATION PROGRAM.

SO OUR RECREATION PROGRAM HAS OPENED FOR REGISTRATION NOW FOR THE FALL SEASON.

WE ANTICIPATE THAT WE'LL PROBABLY HAVE OVER 1000 KIDS IN THAT PROGRAM.

WE RUN IT TWICE A YEAR IN THE FALL AND IN THE SPRING THIS YEAR.

THE THEME FOR THE UNIFORMS IS GOING TO BE WORLD CUP BECAUSE AS YOU GUYS KNOW, NOT THIS WORLD CUP, BUT THE NEXT ONE IS COMING TO THE UNITED STATES.

WE'LL HAVE THEM RIGHT IN OUR BACKYARD IN MIAMI.

AND I ALSO WANT TO LET YOU KNOW, YOU KNOW, EACH CHILD GETS A BALL, IT GETS A UNIFORM, AND THEN WE HAVE A TON OF VOLUNTEER PARENTS THAT COME IN AND MAKE THAT PROGRAM POSSIBLE, ALONG WITH THE BOARD MEMBERS WHO VOLUNTEER THEIR TIME TO DO IT, SUCH AS MYSELF.

ALSO, WE HAVE AT THE END OF THE YEAR FOR THE GRADUATING CLASS OF OUR PROGRAM.

WE HAVE A COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP THAT WE OFFER.

AND THIS YEAR WE GAVE AWAY $25,000 TO ABOUT 12 KIDS.

SO THE COMMUNITY IS DOING GOOD BY OUR KIDS IN THAT AREA.

NOW, I WANT TO FOLLOW UP ON THE COMPETITIVE SIDE.

I TOLD YOU THAT WE HAD OUT OF OUR ELITE TEAMS. SO WE HAVE BASICALLY SIX ELITE TEAMS FOR THE BOYS, SIX ELITE TEAMS FOR THE GIRLS AND THREE OF EACH.

SO IN OTHER WORDS, HALF OF OUR ELITE TEAMS WENT TO THE NATIONALS IN SAN DIEGO AND THEY COMPETED VERY WELL.

THEY WERE RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PACK.

AND YOU SHOULD KNOW AND YOU SHOULD BE PROUD THAT PALM BEACH GARDENS IS GETTING TO BE KNOWN NATIONALLY FOR THEIR SOCCER YOUTH PROGRAM ASSOCIATED WITH OUR CITY. WE HAD PROBABLY SOMETHING LIKE 1000 KIDS COME TO OUR TRYOUTS FOR OUR ELITE TEAMS, AND OF THOSE WE TURN DOWN ABOUT 40% OF THOSE KIDS.

SO, YOU KNOW, WE'RE BECOMING LIKE HARVARD, RIGHT, IN TERMS OF ACCEPTANCE RATE.

WHAT ELSE TO TELL YOU? SO COLLEGE BOUND.

WE HAVE 18 KIDS THAT ARE GOING TO COLLEGE FROM OUR PROGRAM, ONE OF THEM TO A DIVISION ONE SCHOOL, SOUTH CAROLINA.

A LOT OF SMALL BUSINESSES SAY RIGHT NOW THEY'RE STRUGGLING WITH INFLATION.

HOW DO I HANDLE THIS AND NOT PASS IT ON TO CONSUMERS? HOW ARE YOU DOING THAT? WE'RE ACTUALLY DOING A COUPLE OF DIFFERENT THINGS.

A SMALL PIECE OF THAT IS OBVIOUSLY RAISING OUR PRICES SLIGHTLY LIKE WE HAD TO, BUT WE'VE REALLY JUST ADAPTED.

THE CITY HAS REALLY HELPED US CONNECT WITH MORE PEOPLE BECAUSE THE MORE REVENUE WE HAVE, THE LESS WE HAVE TO RAISE PRICES AND THE MORE WE CAN SELL, THE BETTER OFF WE DO.

SO THE CITY AND THE CHAMBER REALLY ARE INTEGRAL IN THAT FOR US.

IN ADDITION TO THAT, THE TENNIS AND PICKLEBALL THEATER CENTER WAS AWARDED TWO GRANTS FROM THE USTA FLORIDA SECTION FOUNDATION. EACH GRANT WILL BE USED FOR TRAINING, DEVELOPMENT, ENGAGEMENT AND COMMUNITY FOR COMMUNITY VETERANS THROUGHOUT THE GAME OF TENNIS. SO IT'S A PROGRAM DESIGNED FOR VETERANS TO GET INVOLVED IN TENNIS, AND IT'S A FREEBIE.

SO IT'S ANOTHER GREAT AWARD AND WE APPRECIATE THE OPPORTUNITY TO SERVE OUR VETERANS.

IN ADDITION TO THAT, IT'S BEEN A BUSY MONTH.

SANDHILL CRANE GOLF CLUB WAS RECENTLY RANKED NUMBER FOUR OUT OF 18 PUBLIC GOLF COURSES THIS SUMMER IN PALM BEACH COUNTY.

OF COURSE, EACH OF THESE RANKINGS WERE JUDGED BY PRICE, CONDITION, VALUE, SCENERY, ACCESSIBILITY AND AMENITIES. I'D LIKE TO CONGRATULATE OUR STAFF AND OUR MAINTENANCE CREWS AND OPERATIONS STAFF AND PROS AT SANDHILL CRANE GOLF CLUB FOR THAT AWARD.

AND LAST BUT CERTAINLY NOT LEAST, THIS COUNCIL HAS TALKED ABOUT THE INTERSECTION AT B-LINE AND NORTH LAKE AND THE MAJOR CONCERN THAT COUNCIL MEMBER TINSLEY BROUGHT UP ABOUT THE SAFETY ASPECTS.

GET REAL BRIEFLY. WHAT THIS ORDINANCE DOES IS JUST IT PLACES A PROVISION IN OUR CODE THAT WILL REQUIRE LANDLORDS TO PROVIDE NO LESS THAN 60 DAYS NOTICE IF THEY INTEND TO INCREASE RENT BY 5% OR MORE.

FOR ANY RENTAL TENANTS HERE IN THE CITY, WHETHER THEY HAVE A IF THEY HAVE A SPECIFIC DURATION OF TENANCY OR WHETHER IT'S MONTH TO MONTH.

RIGHT NOW, CHAPTER 83 OF THE FLORIDA STATUTES DOESN'T PROVIDE ANY SUCH REQUIREMENTS.

SO. WE DISCOVERED THIS AS THE CITY MANAGER DISCOVERED THIS AND ANOTHER MUNICIPALITY HAD COME UP WITH AN IDEA VERY SIMILAR.

WE ARE GOING TO ENGAGE IN AN EDUCATION CAMPAIGN TO MAKE SURE THAT THE THE APARTMENT COMPLEXES AROUND THE CITY ARE AWARE OF THIS ORDINANCE.

WE LOOKED AT I MEAN, THAT WAS WHAT ONE OF THE OTHER MUNICIPALITIES USED.

AND WE LOOKED AT IT AND STARTED KIND OF FIGURING THE NUMBERS AND WELL, IT KIND OF MADE SENSE.

5% IS A REASONABLE INCREASE YEAR TO YEAR AS OPPOSED TO 30%.

YOU KNOW, IF YOU'RE PAYING $2,500 A MONTH IN RENT AND YOU GET AND YOU GET A 5% INCREASE, SO IT'S $120 A MONTH.

THAT'S THAT'S THAT MIGHT BE MANAGEABLE FOR SOME PEOPLE AS OPPOSED TO SOMEBODY THAT'S GETTING A 30% INCREASE.

IT ENDS UP BEING $750.

NOW YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT AN ENORMOUS IMPACT AND ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU CONSIDER THE FACT THAT PEOPLE THAT ARE RENTING FREQUENTLY IN THAT 2000 TO 3000 RANGE, WHICH SEEMS MIND BOGGLING TO ME, THAT THAT'S THE RENT FOR AN APARTMENT ANYWHERE IN PALM BEACH COUNTY.

BUT, YOU KNOW, IF YOU'RE SOMEBODY MAKING 80 OR EVEN 90,000 A YEAR AND YOU'RE PAYING $2,500 A MONTH IN RENT, AND THEY THEY THEY RAISE IT BY $500 A MONTH.

YOU'RE LOOKING AT 6000 EXTRA YEAR.

AND THAT'S A MONSTER AMOUNT OF MONEY TO TRY AND COME UP WITH WAS DISCRETIONARY FUNDS LITERALLY A MONTH BEFORE.

SO AT LEAST THE IDEA HERE WAS TO HAVE A LOW ENOUGH THRESHOLD SO THAT IT WOULD TRIGGER THE REQUIREMENT FOR THE NOTICE SO THAT PEOPLE WOULD BE GIVEN SUFFICIENT TIME TO TO MAKE SOME TYPE OF PLAN.

IT WON'T GUARANTEE THEY'LL BE ABLE TO FIND A SOLUTION.

BUT 60 DAYS IS CERTAINLY BETTER THAN NOTHING.

AND THE STATE LAW RIGHT NOW DOESN'T REQUIRE ANY NOTICE FOR A RENT INCREASE.

AND I TOTALLY AGREE WITH WHAT ROCHELLE SAID IN REGARDS TO PEOPLE HAVING A HARD TIME.

IN FACT, I REMEMBER CARL MAKING A COMMENT ABOUT INCREASED PRICE FOR INSURANCE AND WHATNOT.

SO I UNDERSTAND THAT I DID RECEIVE TWO CALLS IN REGARDS TO THIS FROM APARTMENT OWNERS, AND THEY WERE NOT ACTUALLY THEY DIDN'T HAVE A PROBLEM AT ALL WITH THE NOTICE.

THEY SAID 30 DAYS IS TYPICAL, SO 60 DAYS IS NOT A PROBLEM AT ALL.

SO I KNOW THAT THIS WOULD GO THROUGH OUR CODE ENFORCEMENT PROCESS.

AND I WAS PAYING 2000 A MONTH BEFORE.

WELL, OKAY, THAT'S CERTAINLY MORE THAN 5%.

IF I KNEW ABOUT THIS ORDINANCE, I COULD THEN BRING THAT REALITY TO THE CITY AND SAY, LOOK, THIS IS WHAT I GOT.

THIS ISN'T 30 DAYS, HERE'S THE DATES, AND THEY CAN PROVIDE THE DOCUMENTATION AND THEN WE WOULD ISSUE A NOTICE OF VIOLATION BASED UPON THAT.

I'M GOING TO BRIEFLY TOUCH ON CDBG BACKGROUND.

CDBG WAS ESTABLISHED BY CONGRESS IN 1974.

CDBG FROM SORRY, PREVIOUSLY TO 2015, THE CITY'S ALLOCATION WAS ISSUED TO THE COUNTY AND TO THE CITY REACHED A POPULATION OF 50,000 IN 2015.

NOW THE CITY RECEIVES AND ADMINISTERS THE CDBG FUNDS DIRECTLY FROM HUD.

EVERY FIVE YEARS WE ARE REQUIRED TO ADOPT A CONSOLIDATED PLAN AND EVERY YEAR WE ARE REQUIRED TO ADOPT AN ANNUAL ACTION PLAN.

WE ARE CURRENTLY WORKING IN OUR SECOND CONSOLIDATED PLAN THAT COVERS 2023 TO 2024, WHICH WAS ADOPTED ON NOVEMBER FIVE, 2020.

AND THE PRIORITY GOALS OF THAT PLAN ARE THE MARY CIRCLE DAY AND DRIVE WATERLINE PROJECT AND PROJECT PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION.

THE PROPOSED 2022 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN IS THE THIRD ACTION PLAN OF THE 2020 CONSOLIDATED PLAN, AND WE ARE PROPOSING TO CONTINUE THE TO IMPLEMENT THE MARY CIRCLE AND DAY DRIVE WATERLINE PROJECT.

THE WATERLINE PROJECT IS TO PROVIDE MARY CIRCLE AND DANIA DRIVE WITH PORTABLE WATER.

CURRENTLY, WELL, WATER IS BEING USED.

78 HOMES WILL BE IMPACTED BY THIS IMPROVEMENT.

46 OF THOSE HOMES ARE SINGLE FAMILY HOMES AND MARY'S CIRCLE AND 32 DUPLEX UNITS IN DANIA DRIVE.

THIS WILL BRING THESE HOMES TO FLORIDA HEALTH DEPARTMENT STANDARDS THAT ARE NOT BEING MET TODAY.

THE WATERLINE PROJECT IS MOVING ALONG.

THE EXTENSIVE ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT IS NOW COMPLETE, AND SINCE THAT IS DONE, STAFF WAS ABLE TO REQUEST RELEASE OF FUNDS FROM HUD.

THE FINDINGS OF NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT FROM THE ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT AND THE INTENT TO REQUEST FUNDS FROM HUD WAS PUBLICLY ADVERTISED AS REQUIRED.

WE DID NOT RECEIVE ANY COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC.

SURVEYING IS TO BEGIN NEXT MONTH, AND AS SOON AS THAT WRAPS UP, PROJECT DESIGN WILL BEGIN.

THE SECOND ITEM THAT THE RESOLUTION 33 ADDRESSES IS A SUBSTANTIAL AMENDMENT TO THE 2019 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN IN NOVEMBER.

2020, RESOLUTION 64 2020 WAS ADOPTED TO AMEND THE 2019 PLAN TO INCLUDE THE CARES ACT PROJECT RENT AND MORTGAGE ASSISTANCE.

TO DATE, WE HAVE ASSISTED 21 HOUSEHOLDS WITH AN AVERAGE OF 12,500.

WE ARE PROPOSING TO AMEND THE PLAN ONE MORE TIME TO ALLOCATE $80,000 OF THE CARES FUNDINGS TOWARD INCURRED CITY COSTS, OF INSTALLING ULTRAVIOLET AIR DISINFECTION SYSTEMS WITHIN CITY FACILITIES.

EVEN WITH THE PROPOSED SECOND PROJECT, WE STILL HAVE FUNDS REMAINING TO ASSIST SIX MORE HOUSEHOLDS.

THE 2022 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN AND THE SUBSTANTIAL AMENDMENT ARE THE ONLY TWO ITEMS THAT RESOLUTION 33 ADDRESSES.

THERE WILL BE ONE ACCESS POINT FROM AVENUE OR DRIVE THAT WILL CROSS OVER THROUGH THE AVENUE OR COMMUNITY PARK PARCEL AND THEN BACK INTO THIS ECO SITE.

AND THIS STAGE, THE STORAGE YARD WILL HAVE TWO CONNECTS BOXES.

ONE WILL BE UTILIZED FOR OFFICE WHILE THE OTHERS UTILIZED FOR STORAGE.

THE OTHER PART OF PHASE ONE IS A SMALL LEAGUE WILL BE CONSTRUCTED ON THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF THE SITE.

THIS WILL BE USED FOR DRAINAGE FOR THE COAST IMPROVEMENTS THAT ARE TAKING PLACE.

BUT WHAT'S HAPPENING HERE IS AN EIGHT FOOT WIDE.

THERE'S AN EIGHT FOOT WIDE REQUIRED BUFFER ON THE ENTIRE PERIMETER OF THIS PROPERTY.

SIX IS INSTALLING A 15 FOOT WIDE BUFFER ON THE NORTHEASTERN, NORTH, WEST AND SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF THIS SITE.

THERE IS A PORTION OF THE EASTERN BUFFER WHERE SEACOAST IS REQUESTING A WAIVER TO REDUCE IT FROM EIGHT FEET TO TWO FEET, WHICH IS TO ACCOMMODATE THE PUBLIC SAFETY TELECOMMUNICATIONS TOWER.

THIS BUFFER WILL BE 15 FEET DEEP ON THE MAJORITY OF THE SITE, AND DIRECTLY IN THE MIDDLE OF THAT 15 FOOT BUFFER WILL BE A SIX FOOT HIGH POST AND PANEL WALL WITH CANOPY TREES PLANTED ON THE INSIDE AND ADDITIONAL LIVE OAK TREE PLANTINGS AND OTHER LANDSCAPE MATERIAL ON THE OUTSIDE OF THAT WALL.

POST AND PIANO, WHILE SIX FEET HIGH ALONG MOST OF THE PERIMETER OF THE SITE.

ON THE BOTTOM PORTION OF YOUR SCREEN HERE IS THE SECURED THE SECURED GATE THAT WILL BE AT THE ENTRY POINT OF THIS SITE, AND THAT IS WHERE YOU CURRENTLY WOULD ACCESS FROM THE AVENUE YOUR COMMUNITY PARK PARCEL AFTER EXITING FROM AVENUE OR DRIVE.

BEFORE I MOVE ON TO PHASE TWO, JUST A BRIEF RECAP OF WHAT HAPPENED IN PHASE ONE.

WE HAVE A STORAGE YARD THAT WAS INSTALLED, PRIVATELY SECURED.

THIS SITE WILL NOT BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

IT WILL BE SECURED FROM THAT POINT ON, SOUTHERN LAKE INSTALLED ON THE BOTTOM PORTION OF THE SITE AS WELL AS THE ENTIRE PERIMETER BUFFER BEING INSTALLED.

AND PHASE TWO, THIS IS WILL BE FIVE PLUS YEARS FROM NOW.

SO WE'RE IN 2022.

THINK 2027, 2028 IS WHEN WE WOULD SEE THESE IMPROVEMENTS.

WE HAVE AN OFFICE IN STORAGE BUILDING PROPOSED ON THE NORTHEASTERN PORTION OF THE SITE THAT WILL BE 4000 SQUARE FEET.

JUST SOUTH OF THAT WILL BE AN OPEN AIR STORAGE BUILDING, APPROXIMATELY 5400 SQUARE FEET.

AND THE THIRD ELEMENT OF PHASE TWO IS ALL THE FACILITIES THAT WILL SUPPORT THIS SITE.

WE HAVE AGGREGATE STORAGE BINS, CHEMICAL FEED PUMPING, CONTAINMENT, A FEW TYPES OF GENERATORS, MOTOR CONTROL CENTER.

DON'T ASK ME WHAT ALL THOSE MEAN, BUT THEY'RE ALL GOING TO BE THERE.

AND ANOTHER IMPORTANT ELEMENT ON THIS IS WHEN THE CITY DOES DEVELOP THE AVENUE OR COMMUNITY PARK, IT'S ANTICIPATED THAT THIS LAKE ON THEIR PROPERTY WILL CONNECT INTO THE SEACOAST SITE, AND THIS ALLOWS FULL UTILIZATION OF BOTH OF THESE SITES AND SHARED DRAINAGE AMONGST THESE SITES.

LANDSCAPING PHASE TWO.

AT THIS POINT, WE WILL HAVE SEEN FIVE PLUS YEARS OF LANDSCAPE GROWTH ON THIS SITE.

THE ENTIRE PERIMETER BUFFER WILL HAVE BEEN INSTALLED 15 FEET DEEP, SIX FOOT HIGH WALL, EXCEPT FOR THE PORTION WHERE WE ARE REQUESTING A WAIVER TO REDUCE IT FROM EIGHT FEET TO TWO FEET. YOU WILL ALSO SEE ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPE PLANTINGS NORTH OF THE RETENTION BASIN, SO ON THE SCREEN.

AND THIS IS TO FURTHER BUFFER ANY POSSIBLE VIEW THAT WOULD BE FROM THE WORKPLACE DISTRICT TO THE SOUTH.

THE OFFICE AND STORAGE BUILDING IS PROPOSED TO BE 4000 SQUARE FEET.

THIS IS THE BUILDING ON THE NORTH EASTERN PORTION OF THE PROPERTY.

IT'S GOING TO HAVE 405 SQUARE FEET OF OFFICE.

THE REMAINING OF THIS BUILDING WILL BE UTILIZED FOR INDOOR STORAGE ONLY.

THIS HAS A SIMILAR ARCHITECTURE TO ITS EXISTING BUILDING OFF OF HOOD ROAD.

IF YOU'RE FAMILIAR WITH IT AND IT HAS SHARED ARCHITECTURAL INTERESTS, CURVED ROOFLINE ABOVE THE MAIN ENTRY, THESE WERE DONE SO TO MIMIC EACH OTHER SO THAT ALTHOUGH THEY ARE IN DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE CITY, THEY STILL FEEL CONNECTED.

THIS BUILDING WILL BE ESSENTIALLY A CLIMATE CONTROLLED FACILITY FOR ANYTHING THAT THEY DO NEED TO STORE INSIDE INSTEAD OF IN THE OUTSIDE STORAGE CENTER.

THE OPEN AIR STORAGE BUILDING, 5400 SQUARE FOOT BUILDING JUST SOUTH OF THIS SITE, LOCATED SOMEWHAT IN THE CENTER OF THE SITE.

THIS WILL BE UTILIZED FOR A LOT OF DIFFERENT ITEMS. ANYTHING THAT CAN'T BE STORED INSIDE WILL BE STORED OUTSIDE HERE.

THIS THIS BUILDING HAS BEEN.

THERE HAVE BEEN ADDITIONAL ARCHITECTURAL INTERESTS THAT HAVE BEEN ADDED TO THE ROOFLINE.

AND THE POSSIBILITY THAT THIS COULD BE VISIBLE FROM AVENUE OR DRIVE OR ANY OTHER OUTSIDE PROPERTIES.

WE HAVE ADDED A CUPOLA TO PROVIDE ARCHITECTURAL INTEREST AS WELL AS FAUX DORMERS.

THE ARCHITECTURAL MATERIALS THAT YOU'RE SEEING ON THIS SITE ARE NOT ONLY SIMILAR WITH THIS OTHER SITE, BUT THEY'RE CONSISTENT WITH THE COLORS AND MATERIALS YOU'RE SEEING THROUGHOUT AVANIR THE SIGNAGE THAT'S BEING PROPOSED IS CONSISTENT WITH THE AVANIR DESIGN GUIDELINES AS WELL AS THE CITY'S GUIDELINES.

IN ADDITION TO THE SITE PLAN APPROVAL IN FRONT OF YOU TONIGHT, WE ARE REQUESTING TWO WAIVERS.

THE FIRST TO REDUCE A PORTION OF THE EASTERN BUFFER FROM EIGHT FEET TO TWO FEET AND THE SECOND TO ELIMINATE THE GATE REQUIREMENT ON THE DUMPSTER AND CLOSURE.

NUMBER ONE, TO SET THE MAXIMUM MILLAGE RATE GOING INTO NEXT YEAR FOR NEXT YEAR'S BUDGET, THIS MILLAGE RATE WILL BE USED BY THE PROPERTY APPRAISER WHEN THEY SEND OUT THEIR NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAXES NEXT MONTH.

THE SECOND ORDER OF BUSINESS TONIGHT IS TO SET THE DATE AND TIME FOR THE FIRST PUBLIC HEARING.

AND WITH THAT, WE'LL JUMP INTO SOME OF THE THE NEWS AS FAR AS THE PROPOSED RATE.

SO WE'RE VERY PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THAT STAFF'S RECOMMENDED RATE FOR NEXT YEAR IS 5.3 TO THE OPERATING RATE IS 5.32, DOWN FROM THE 5.55.

THERE IS NO DEBT MILLAGE RATE.

SO JUST WANT TO ANNOUNCE THAT THE REASON WE'RE ABLE TO DO THIS PROPOSED THIS IS THAT THE JULY ONE NUMBERS THAT CAME IN FROM THE PROPERTY APPRAISER WERE SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER FOR 2023 THAN THE NUMBERS THAT WE HAD BEEN USING AND OUR PROJECTION, OUR FORECAST MODEL FROM A YEAR AGO.

SO WITH THAT, WE'RE ABLE TO PROPOSE THIS 5.32 RATE.

AND THE GOOD THING IS THAT NOT ONLY FOR NEXT YEAR, BUT IN OUR TEN YEAR MODEL, WE'RE PROJECTING TO MAINTAIN THAT 5.32, WHICH AGAIN IS THERE'S ALWAYS BEEN OUR GOAL TO MAINTAIN CONSISTENCY AND STABILITY IN OUR FORECAST.

AND DURING THE PRESENTATION AND IN OUR BUDGET DOCUMENT, YOU'LL SEE THOSE EXAMPLES THAT WE NORMALLY DO AND HOW YOU'LL SEE THAT THE BASED ON A 400 600 AND $801 MILLION HOME.

WE ADDED THAT THIS YEAR THAT EACH ONE OF THOSE HOMES WILL SEE A NET REDUCTION EVEN AFTER FACTORING IN THE INCREASE OF 3%.

WE LOOK AT ANY CHANGES THAT WE WANT TO ADJUST AND ANY CHANGES, REVISIONS, NEW FEES MUST BE ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION.

THE THE INDIVIDUAL DEPARTMENTS HAVE REVIEWED THEIR FEES AND THEY MADE CHANGES BASED ON THE COST OF PROVIDING THOSE SERVICES.

JUST TO HIGHLIGHT SOME OF THE CHANGES IN THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, THE SPECIAL DETAIL RATE AND THE LISTING OF HOLIDAYS WAS UPDATED TO AGREE TO THE PROPOSED COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT. IN THE FIRE DEPARTMENT, THEY ELIMINATED AN UNPRODUCTIVE INSPECTION TRIP CATEGORY, JUST GROUPED IT WITH REGULAR INSPECTIONS, INSPECTION BY SPECIAL REQUEST, SAME DAY AND AFTER HOURS, THAT FEE WAS INCREASED TO COVER THE COST OF OVERTIME AND INCREASE THE COST OF VEHICLE USE FOR SPECIAL DETAILS TO COVER THE INCREASE IN FUEL AND MAINTENANCE COSTS. THEY HAD ONE MORE CHANGE TO THE COMMERCIAL FALSE ALARM FEES.

YOU CAN SEE IT'S A TIERED FEE FROM 1 TO 3.

THERE IS NO CHARGE FROM 4 TO 6.

IT INCREASED FROM 250 TO 3, 50 FROM 7 TO 9, INCREASE FROM 500 TO 750 AND OVER TEN INCREASED FROM 1000 TO 2500.

THERE WAS ONE NEW FEE FOR GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR REGISTRATION.

THIS IS OUTSIDE OF CITYWIDE PROGRAMS WHERE PEOPLE ARE USING FACILITIES TO PERFORM THEIR OWN PROGRAMS, AND I'LL GET MORE INTO THAT IN THIS ONE.

JUST TO HIGHLIGHT SOME OF THE SIGNIFICANT CHANGES, THE FEE FOR A PUBLIC EVENT INCREASED FROM 400 RATHER THAN 800 NON RESIDENT TO 800 RESIDENT, 1000 NON RESIDENT.

THE FEE FOR TOURNAMENT FEE RENTAL INCREASED FROM $300 PER FIELD TO 350 AND 550 FOR SOME OF THE MORE HIGH, IN-DEMAND DISTRICT PARK FIELDS.

THE SHOWCASE BASEBALL FIELD INCREASED FROM 350 TO 525, AND THEN SOME OF THE NEW FEES YOU CAN SEE THE PRIVATE RENTAL.

THE MAIN POOL WOULD BE 600 PER RESIDENT, 789 RESIDENT TENNIS AND PICKLEBALL ROOM, DEPENDING ON THE THE FIELD OR THE ROOM PICKED.

THE SMALLER ROOM IS $30 A RESIDENT.

THE LARGER ROOM WOULD BE $125 A RESIDENT.

THE DISTRICT PARK PAVILIONS, DEPENDING ON THE SIZE AND LOCATION OF THE BUILDINGS, RANGE ANYWHERE FROM $60.
