VIII.a. ORDINANCE 8, 2022 – (2ND READING & ADOPTION) MINIMUM NOTICE REQUIREMENT FOR RESIDENTIAL RENTAL INCREASES. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 18. BUSINESSES. AT ARTICLE I. IN GENERAL BY ADOPTING NEW SECTION 18-1. MINIMUM NOTICE FOR RESIDENTIAL RENTAL PAYMENT INCREASES. AND NEW SECTION 18-2. PENALTIES.; RESERVING SECTIONS 18-3. – 18-30. FOR FUTURE LEGISLATION; PROVIDING THAT EACH AND EVERY OTHER SECTION AND SUBSECTION OF CHAPTER 18. BUSINESSES. SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AS PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED; PROVIDING A CONFLICTS CLAUSE, A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE, AND AUTHORITY TO CODIFY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
VIII.b. ORDINANCE 9, 2022 – (1ST READING) LANDSCAPE IRRIGATION CONSERVATION MEASURES. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA; AMENDING CHAPTER 74. UTILITIES. BY REPEALING ARTICLE IV. WATER SHORTAGE REGULATIONS. IN ITS ENTIRETY AND READOPTING ARTICLE IV., AS REVISED AND WITH A NEW “LANDSCAPE IRRIGATION CONSERVATION REGULATIONS”, TO PROVIDE FOR LOCAL IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MANDATORY YEAR-ROUND LANDSCAPE IRRIGATION CONSERVATION MEASURES RULES OF THE SOUTH FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT (40E-24, F.A.C.); PROVIDING DEFINITIONS, LANDSCAPE IRRIGATION MEASURES, EXCEPTIONS TO THE LANDSCAPE IRRIGATION SCHEDULE, ESTABLISHING A REQUIREMENT TO UTILIZE RAIN SENSOR TECHNOLOGY, PROVIDING VARIANCE PROCEDURES FROM CERTAIN IRRIGATION LIMITATIONS, AND PROVIDING FOR ENFORCEMENT OF AND PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION OF IRRIGATION REGULATIONS; PROVIDING A CONFLICTS CLAUSE, A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE, AND AUTHORITY TO CODIFY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
VIII.c. *RESOLUTION 45, 2022 – PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) AMENDMENT TO PGA NATIONAL COMMERCE PARK. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA, APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE PGA NATIONAL COMMERCE PARK PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) TO ALLOW THE DEVELOPMENT OF A 36,360-SQUAREFOOT OFFICE BUILDING, A 50,022-SQUARE-FOOT WAREHOUSE/INDUSTRIAL BUILDING, AND SITE IMPROVEMENTS ON LOTS 5, 6, 7, AND 8, TOGETHER BEING THE SUBJECT SITE, AS WELL AS MODIFICATIONS TO THE PGA NATIONAL COMMERCE PARK DEVELOPMENT GUIDELINES; THE SUBJECT SITE IS APPROXIMATELY 20.05 ACRES AND IS LOCATED ON HIATT DRIVE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF NORTHLAKE BOULEVARD AND THE FLORIDA’S TURNPIKE WITHIN THE PGA NATIONAL PLANNED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT (PCD), AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN; PROVIDING WAIVERS; PROVIDING CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
VIII.d. *RESOLUTION 46, 2022 – AVENIR DEVELOPMENT, LLC SITE PLAN APPROVAL. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA, GRANTING SITE PLAN, MAJOR CONDITIONAL USE, AND MINOR CONDITIONAL USE APPROVAL FOR A 376,759-SQUARE-FOOT COMMERCIAL RETAIL DEVELOPMENT ON APPROXIMATELY 51.55 ACRES WITHIN THE TOWN CENTER DISTRICT (PARCEL B) OF THE AVENIR PLANNED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT (PCD) MASTER PLAN, WHICH IS GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF NORTHLAKE BOULEVARD, EAST OF COCONUT BOULEVARD, AND WEST OF AVENIR DRIVE, AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN; PROVIDING CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL; PROVIDING WAIVERS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
