AND WHEN WE SUBMITTED OUR NOMINATION, WE SPOKE ABOUT A LOT OF THINGS ABOUT ROBERT. NOT ONLY DOES HE TREAT THESE VEHICLES AS IF THEY WERE HIS OWN, ALMOST LIKE THEY'RE HIS CHILDREN. HE KNOWS EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM THE GOOD, THE BAD, THE QUARKS. HE IS HE'S HE'S IN ON ALL OF THAT. AND HE NEVER TAKES NO FOR AN ANSWER. WHEN COVID HIT AND WE WERE HAVING A HARD TIME FINDING SUPPLIES, ROBERT'S ANSWER WAS NEVER, WELL, THE TRUCK'S JUST GONNA HAVE TO SIT OUT OF SERVICE BECAUSE WE CAN'T FIND IT. ROBERT FOUND A WAY. ROBERT EVENTUALLY FIGURED OUT THE SOLUTION, IMPLEMENTED A SYSTEM WIDE AND WE HAVEN'T HAD A PROBLEM SINCE, TO THE POINT WHERE THE ENGINEERS WANTED TO KNOW WHAT ROBERT DID SO THEY COULD BLAST IT OUT TO EVERYONE ELSE. THE CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN PROVIDES THAT THE TOTAL DEBT SERVICE EXPENDITURES SHALL NOT EXCEED 20% OF TOTAL ANNUAL REVENUES. THOSE IMPROVEMENTS WENT IN PLACE AND THEN WE WALKED WITH THE ACTUAL FEDERAL RAIL ADMINISTRATION AND THEY QUANTIFIED IT, SET THOSE UP IN THE QUIET ZONE CALCULATOR. AND THEN MAINLY BECAUSE OF THE BURNS ROAD INCIDENT, IS CAUSED THAT TO SPIKE. SO WE'VE GOT TO GET THAT QUANTIFIED, GET CREDITS FOR OUR MEDIANS OR POSSIBLY INSTALL A FOURTH GATE ON THOSE THREE INTERSECTIONS. OKAY.
