VIII.c. *RESOLUTION 24, 2023 – OSPREY ISLES PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA, APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE OSPREY ISLES PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) TO REMOVE 3.36 ACRES FROM THE APPROXIMATELY 101.36-ACRE PUD FOR A NEW PUD ACREAGE OF 98 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, THE SUBJECT SITE BEING GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF NORTHLAKE BOULEVARD APPROXIMATELY 1.27 MILES EAST OF COCONUT BOULEVARD, AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN; PROVIDING CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A SMALL-SCALE AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FUTURE LAND-USE MAP IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANDATES SET FORTH IN CHAPTER 163, FLORIDA STATUTES, PURSUANT TO APPLICATION NO. CPSS-21-09-000019 IN ORDER TO CHANGE THE LAND-USE DESIGNATION OF A PARCEL ON 9.88 ACRES IN SIZE, MORE OR LESS, FROM PROFESSIONAL OFFICE (PO) AND RESIDENTIAL MEDIUM (RM) TO RESIDENTIAL LOW (RL), THE SUBJECT PROPERTY BEING GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF NORTHLAKE BOULEVARD AND MEMORIAL PARK ROAD; PROVIDING FOR COMPLIANCE WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTER 163, FLORIDA STATUTES; PROVIDING FOR TRANSMITTAL TO THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY (DEO); PROVIDING THAT THE FUTURE LAND-USE MAP OF THE CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS BE AMENDED ACCORDINGLY; PROVIDING A CONFLICTS CLAUSE, A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE, AND AUTHORITY TO CODIFY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

VIII.f. ORDINANCE 9, 2023 – (2ND READING AND ADOPTION) CITY-INITIATED INVOLUNTARY ANNEXATION OF 16 PARCELS ON WEST NORTHLAKE BOULEVARD. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA, ANNEXING A CONTIGUOUS AND COMPACT AREA OF UNINCORPORATED REAL PROPERTY COMPRISING A TOTAL OF 301.64 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 171.0413, FLORIDA STATUTES, SUCH PARCELS BEING GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF NORTHLAKE BOULEVARD BETWEEN 120TH AVENUE NORTH AND GRAPEVIEW BOULEVARD, AND ON THE NORTH SIDE OF NORTHLAKE BOULEVARD BETWEEN 130TH AVENUE NORTH AND AVOCADO BOULEVARD, AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN; AMENDING ARTICLE II OF THE CITY CHARTER TO REDEFINE THE CORPORATE LIMITS PURSUANT TO INVOLUNTARY ANNEXATION; PROVIDING FOR TRANSMITTAL TO THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF STATE, THE FLORIDA GOVERNOR’S OFFICE, AND PALM BEACH COUNTY; PROVIDING A CONFLICTS CLAUSE, A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE, AND AUTHORITY TO CODIFY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
VIII.g. *RESOLUTION 22, 2023 – SITE PLAN AND MAJOR CONDITIONAL USE APPROVAL.
