SO AFTER WE DID RESEARCH AND WE LOOKED AT THE SAVINGS WE WOULD GET FROM NOT HAVING TO HIRE SOMEBODY ELSE AND MOBILIZE THEM WHICH WE CHOSE TO USE THIS CONTRACTOR TO DO WITH THE WORK. WE ARE PIGGYBACKING A COMPETITIVE LOW ORDER CONTRACT FOR JW CHEATHAM FROM THE CITY OF LAKE WORTH. SINCE SOME OF THE ADJOINING AREAS WILL NOT BE COMPLETED FOR ANOTHER YEAR BY DOING IT NOW IT SERVES TO LOCK IN THE PRICING SO WE DON'T HAVE ANY KIND OF PRICE FLUCTUATION. THE FUNDING SOURCES FROM THIS PROJECT COME FROM FOUR DIFFERENT PROJECTS OBVIOUSLY WE'RE WORKING A LOT IN DOING A LOT OF PROJECTS. SO WE HAVE THE OPERATIONS CENTER WHICH IS HERE WE'VE ALSO BUDGETED TO PAVE FOR THE PUBLIC SERVICE'S PARKING LOT. WE HAVE THE COMPLETION OF THE JOHNSON DAIRY ROAD EXPANSION AND THEN WE HAVE THE GARDENS PARK BASEBALL EXPANSION WHICH COVERS THIS PARKING LOT AND ROADWAY AND IT ALSO INCLUDES REPAVING AND MAKING LARGER THE CURRENT ROADWAY THAT GOES DOWN IN THE PUBLIC SERVICES BUILDING HERE. SO ALTOGETHER THESE ARE THE AREAS THAT ARE BEING COVERED. WE ALSO GOT TO DO SOME DRY DETENTION EXPANSION TO MEET OUR WATER QUALITY WITH SOUTH FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT. TOTAL THIS IS ABOUT THREE ACRES OF PAVEMENT. AND WHEN WE LOOK AT THE CONTRACT COMPARED TO OUR ANNUAL THAT WE'RE PIGGYBACK ON COMPARED TO OUR ANNUAL CONTRACTORS THE PAVING ALONE REPRESENTS 62 PERCENT OF THE CONTRACT AND THEY'RE SUBSTANTIALLY CHEAPER BECAUSE THEY HAVE THEIR OWN ASPHALT PLANT SO THEY'RE NOT BUYING IT FROM ANOTHER ASPHALT PLANT THEY ACTUALLY GENERATE THEIR OWN ASPHALT AND BRING IT TO OUR SITE. SO THAT'S MAINLY WHERE THE BIG SAVINGS COME IN IS THE ASPHALT PAVEMENT OF THIS CONTRACT. THIS IS A CONCEPTUAL FLOOR PLAN OF THE INTERIOR OF THE FACILITY. OF COURSE ALL THE OFFICES ET CETERA AND BATHROOMS ARE TO THE PERIMETER THE EXTERIOR PERIMETER OF THE INSIDE OF THE BUILDING. THERE WILL BE A BATHROOM THAT WOULD BE ACCESSIBLE FROM OUTSIDE. SO THEY USE IT THE OUTSIDE AREAS THE PLAYING FIELDS ETC. WILL HAVE ACCESS TO THAT BATHROOM WITHOUT HAVING TO GO THROUGH THE BUILDING. I'M WAITING FOR THE MANDATE TO ISSUE ON THAT CASE AND ONCE THE MANDATE ISSUES I'LL BE FILING A MOTION FOR COSTS SO WE'LL RECOVER SOME OF OUR COSTS WE CAN'T RECOVER FEES WILL RECOVER SOME COSTS. IN DINERSTEIN NUMBER TWO WHICH WAS THE CHALLENGE TO A BALLOT QUESTION NUMBER TWO FROM THE AUGUST 2018 OR 2018 ELECTION I HAD FILED A MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT.
