VIII.a. *ORDINANCE 30, 2023 – (2ND READING AND ADOPTION) REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA, ANNEXING, PURSUANT TO A PETITION FOR VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION, EIGHT (8) PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY COMPRISING A TOTAL OF 4.59 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 0.21 MILES SOUTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF PGA BOULEVARD AND ELLISON WILSON ROAD IN PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN AND AS DEPICTED ON THE MAP ATTACHED HERETO; DECLARING THAT THE VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION PETITION BEARS THE SIGNATURES OF THE OWNERS OF THE REAL PROPERTY ANNEXED HEREBY; AMENDING ARTICLE II OF THE CITY CHARTER BY REDEFINING THE CORPORATE LIMITS; PROVIDING FOR TRANSMITTAL TO THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF STATE, THE PALM BEACH COUNTY CLERK OF COURT, AND PALM BEACH COUNTY; PROVIDING A CONFLICTS CLAUSE, A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE, AND AUTHORITY TO CODIFY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS’ BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2023, AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2024, INCLUSIVE; PROVIDING A CONFLICTS CLAUSE, A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE, AND AUTHORITY TO CODIFY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
VIII.c. ORDINANCE 3, 2024 – (1ST READING) COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FUTURE LAND USE MAP AMENDMENT. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A LARGE-SCALE AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FUTURE LAND-USE MAP IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANDATES SET FORTH IN CHAPTER 163, FLORIDA STATUTES, SPECIFICALLY SECTION 163.3184, ET SEQ., FLORIDA STATUTES, PURSUANT TO APPLICATION NO. CPMA-21-09-000032, IN ORDER TO CHANGE THE LAND-USE DESIGNATION OF 50.58 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, KNOWN AS CIMARRON COVE, FROM MIXED USE (MXD) WITH BIOSCIENCE RESEARCH PROTECTION OVERLAY (BRPO) TO RESIDENTIAL HIGH (RH), THE SUBJECT PROPERTY BEING LOCATED EAST OF CENTRAL BOULEVARD, APPROXIMATELY 0.23 MILES SOUTH OF HOOD ROAD; PROVIDING FOR COMPLIANCE WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTER 163, FLORIDA STATUTES; PROVIDING FOR TRANSMITTAL TO THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY (DEO) AND OTHER REVIEWING AGENCIES; PROVIDING THAT THE FUTURE LAND-USE MAP OF THE CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS BE AMENDED ACCORDINGLY; PROVIDING A CONFLICTS CLAUSE, A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE, AND AUTHORITY TO CODIFY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
VIII.d. *ORDINANCE 4, 2024 – (1ST READING) REZONING TO CHANGE THE UNDERLYING ZONING DESIGNATION. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA, REZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY KNOWN AS CIMARRON COVE, SUCH PROPERTY BEING COMPRISED OF 50.58 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, AND LOCATED EAST OF CENTRAL BOULEVARD, APPROXIMATELY 0.23 MILES SOUTH OF HOOD ROAD; PROVIDING THAT THIS PARCEL OF REAL PROPERTY, WHICH IS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, SHALL BE REZONED FROM PLANNED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT (PCD) OVERLAY WITH AN UNDERLYING ZONING DESIGNATION OF MIXED USE (MXD) TO PCD OVERLAY WITH AN UNDERLYING ZONING DESIGNATION OF RESIDENTIAL HIGH (RH); PROVIDING THAT THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS BE AMENDED ACCORDINGLY; PROVIDING A CONFLICTS CLAUSE, A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE, AND AUTHORITY TO CODIFY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
VIII.e. *RESOLUTION 7, 2024 – THE GARDENS STATION PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD). A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA, APPROVING A MISCELLANEOUS REQUEST TO ABANDON AND DISSOLVE THE GARDENS STATION PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) AND INCORPORATE IT INTO THE PGA STATION PUD, THE NEW REVISED AND COMBINED PGA STATION PUD BEING APPROXIMATELY 37.64 ACRES AND LOCATED SOUTHEAST OF THE INTERSECTION OF PGA BOULEVARD AND RCA BOULEVARD, WEST OF THE FLORIDA EAST COAST (FEC) RAILWAY, AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
VIII.f. *RESOLUTION 8, 2024 – PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) AMENDMENT TO NEWLY COMBINED PGA STATION PUD. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA, APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE PGA STATION PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) SITE PLAN TO ALLOW 620 MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL UNITS IN PROPOSED POD D (FORMERLY KNOWN AS GARDENS STATION WEST), INCLUDING 62 WORKFORCE HOUSING UNITS, THE NEW REVISED AND COMBINED PGA STATION PUD BEING APPROXIMATELY 37.64 ACRES AND LOCATED SOUTHEAST OF THE INTERSECTION OF PGA BOULEVARD AND RCA BOULEVARD, WEST OF THE FLORIDA EAST COAST (FEC) RAILWAY, AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN; PROVIDING CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
VIII.g. *RESOLUTION 9, 2024 – SITE PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 230-LOT SINGLEFAMILY SUBDIVISION. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA, APPROVING A SITE PLAN FOR A 230- LOT SINGLE-FAMILY HOME RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION ON APPROXIMATELY 108.19 ACRES KNOWN AS POD 10 WITHIN THE RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (PARCEL A) OF THE AVENIR PLANNED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT (PCD), THE SUBJECT SITE BEING LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF COCONUT BOULEVARD, APPROXIMATELY 0.70 MILES NORTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF COCONUT BOULEVARD AND AVENIR DRIVE, AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN; PROVIDING CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
VIII.h. *RESOLUTION 10, 2024 – A REQUEST TO MODIFY THE MIRASOL CLUBHOUSE PARCEL BOUNDARY. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE MIRASOL PLANNED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT (PCD) MASTER PLAN, SPECIFICALLY EXPANDING THE INTERNAL MIRASOL CLUBHOUSE BOUNDARY, THE MIRASOL PCD BEING GENERALLY LOCATED NORTHWEST OF PGA BOULEVARD AND FLORIDA’S TURNPIKE, AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
VIII.i. *RESOLUTION 11, 2024 – A REQUEST TO AMEND THE MIRASOL CLUBHOUSE SITE PLAN. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE MIRASOL CLUBHOUSE SITE PLAN WITHIN THE MIRASOL PLANNED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT (PCD) FOR THE DEMOLITION OF AN EXISTING PRO SHOP AND CART BARN, THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW 40,881-SQUARE-FOOT GOLF AMENITIES BUILDING AND A NEW 4,208-SQUARE-FOOT MAINTENANCE BUILDING, AND THE RELOCATION OF AN EXISTING PUTTING GREEN, THE SUBJECT SITE BEING LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF MIRASOL WAY AND MIRASOL BOULEVARD WITHIN THE MIRASOL PCD, AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN; PROVIDING CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
