VIII.a. *RESOLUTION 27, 2024 – SITE PLAN APPROVAL FOR POD 11 WITHIN AVENIR. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA, APPROVING A SITE PLAN FOR A 137-LOT RESIDENTIAL SINGLE-FAMILY HOME SUBDIVISION LOCATED NORTHWEST OF THE INTERSECTION OF AVENIR DRIVE AND COCONUT BOULEVARD ON APPROXIMATELY 50.72 ACRES KNOWN AS POD 11 WITHIN THE RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (PARCEL A) OF THE AVENIR PLANNED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT (PCD), WHICH IS GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF NORTHLAKE BOULEVARD, EAST OF GRAPEVIEW BOULEVARD, WEST OF BAY HILL DRIVE, AND SOUTH OF BEELINE HIGHWAY, AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN; PROVIDING CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA, APPROVING A MISCELLANEOUS PETITION FOR AN EXTERIOR TENANT SIGN FOR TAP 42 CRAFT KITCHEN AND BAR WITHIN THE GARDENS MALL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD), THE GARDENS MALL PUD BEING LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF PGA BOULEVARD, APPROXIMATELY 0.2 MILES EAST OF FAIRCHILD GARDENS AVENUE, AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN; PROVIDING CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; PROVIDING FOR ONE (1) WAIVER; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

IX.a. RESOLUTION 32, 2024 – APPROVING AND RATIFYING THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS AND THE POLICE BENEVOLENT ASSOCIATION. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND RATIFYING A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE POLICE BENEVOLENT ASSOCIATION TO AMEND THE CURRENT COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT AT ARTICLE 32, SALARIES, WITH REGARD TO ALL CITY POLICE OFFICERS, SERGEANTS, AND COMMUNICATIONS OPERATORS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
IX.b. RESOLUTION 33, 2024 – ART IN PUBLIC PLACES FOR PGA OFFICE CENTER. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA, APPROVING A REQUEST FROM FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY (FP&L) FOR ART IN PUBLIC PLACES (AIPP) FOR PHASE ONE AND TWO OF THE PGA OFFICE CENTER PLANNED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT (PCD), THE SUBJECT SITE BEING LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF KYOTO GARDENS DRIVE AND RCA CENTER DRIVE, AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN; PROVIDING CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
