VIII.a. ORDINANCE 15, 2022 – (2ND READING AND ADOPTION) VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA, ANNEXING, PURSUANT TO A PETITION FOR VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION, EIGHTEEN (18) PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY COMPRISING A TOTAL OF 10.97 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, IN SIZE, LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF PGA BOULEVARD AND ELLISON WILSON ROAD IN PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, THAT IS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN; DECLARING THAT THE VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION PETITION BEARS THE SIGNATURES OF THE OWNERS OF THE REAL PROPERTY ANNEXED HEREBY; AMENDING ARTICLE II OF THE CITY CHARTER BY REDEFINING THE CORPORATE LIMITS; PROVIDING FOR TRANSMITTAL TO THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF STATE, THE PALM BEACH COUNTY CLERK OF COURT, AND PALM BEACH COUNTY; PROVIDING A CONFLICTS CLAUSE, A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE, AND AUTHORITY TO CODIFY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
VIII.b. ORDINANCE 1, 2023 – (1ST READING) BUDGET AMENDMENT. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS’ BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2022, AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2023, INCLUSIVE; PROVIDING A CONFLICTS CLAUSE, A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE, AND AUTHORITY TO CODIFY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
VIII.c. *RESOLUTION 3, 2023 – BB&T SITE PLAN AMENDMENT. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA, APPROVING A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO CONSTRUCT A NEW 3,161-SQUARE-FOOT FINANCIAL INSTITUTION WITH A MINOR CONDITIONAL USE FOR DRIVE-THROUGH LANES, A 3,500-SQUARE-FOOT RETAIL BUILDING, AND ASSOCIATED SITE IMPROVEMENTS ON AN APPROXIMATELY 1.93-ACRE SITE AT 9600 ALTERNATE A1A, GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LIGHTHOUSE DRIVE AND ALTERNATE A1A WITHIN THE CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS, AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN; PROVIDING CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
VIII.d. *RESOLUTION 1, 2023 – AMENDMENT TO THE ALTON PLANNED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA, APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE ALTON PLANNED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT (PCD), SUCH PARCEL BEING LOCATED SOUTH OF DONALD ROSS ROAD, NORTH OF HOOD ROAD, AND EAST AND WEST OF INTERSTATE 95, AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, TO ALLOW THE CONVERSION OF 728,210 SQUARE FEET OF INDUSTRIAL / RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT / BIOTECH APPROVED IN PARCEL B TO 300 HOSPITAL BEDS AND 160,000 SQUARE FEET OF MEDICAL OFFICE IN PARCEL B, TO RECONFIGURE LAKES AND SEACOAST UTILITY AUTHORITY (SUA) WELL SITE EASEMENTS WITHIN PARCEL B, AND TO MODIFY THE ALTON PCD LIST OF PERMITTED USES TO INCLUDE AN ACCESSORY HELISTOP FOR HOSPITALS AS A MAJOR CONDITIONAL USE IN THE BIOTECH DISTRICT; PROVIDING CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
VIII.e. *RESOLUTION 2, 2023 – SITE PLAN FOR THE ALTON MEDICAL CENTER. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS, FLORIDA, APPROVING A SITE PLAN AND MAJOR CONDITIONAL USE WITHIN PARCEL B (BIOTECH DISTRICT) OF THE ALTON PLANNED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT (PCD) TO ALLOW THE DEVELOPMENT OF A 300-BED HOSPITAL WITH AN ACCESSORY HELISTOP AND AN 80,000-SQUARE-FOOT MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING; THE SUBJECT SITE IS APPROXIMATELY 32.3 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, AND IS LOCATED EAST OF INTERSTATE 95 AND SOUTH OF DONALD ROSS ROAD, AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN; PROVIDING CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL; PROVIDING WAIVERS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
